If you have set up billing for Azure DevOps but are not seeing any subscription information even after more than 20 hours, there could be a few reasons for this. Here are some possible steps you can take:
Double-check that your billing information is correct: Make sure that you have entered all the required billing information correctly, including the payment method and billing address.
Verify that the billing process has been completed: Check your email to see if you have received any confirmation or error messages related to your billing setup. Also, check your credit card or bank account to see if there have been any charges or authorizations from Microsoft.
Contact Microsoft support: If you have checked the above steps and are still not seeing any subscription information, you may want to contact Microsoft support. They can help you investigate the issue further and provide guidance on what to do next.
Here are some helpful links:
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.

Did you finish this? If yes, any clue under subscription base?

@Kidd_Ip Yes I did the same. When I click setup billing it shows 0 subscriptions, however in Azure Portal I do see 1 subscription.
