Azure database - Allocated Space not expanding

Hello,
Please help me.
Our windows azure database allocated space is not expanding.
We have an elastic standard tier.
Our database space details are,

Used space

71.91 GB

Allocated space

71.91 GB

Maximum storage size

300 GB

We are not able to add any new records in the database.
