Azure credits for non profits - how to obtain?

Hello. I have a non profit O365 client. I want to obtain the $5000 of donated Azure credit for them. I emailed the non-profit arm of Microsoft and they suggested opening a ticket in the Azure portal. The ticket was then transferred to the O365 team and referred me back to the Azure team.
How can I get the Azure credit added to the tenant please?

@Craig Arnoldt I have been having a similar challenge trying to renew my credits.  I received an email requesting me to renew and follow a guided simulation and I am taken to the main landing page with no obvious mention of how to complete the renewal process.

In order to originally setup the process I did have to go to the non-profit portal and find the offers in there at this link: https://nonprofit.microsoft.com/en-us/offers/azure which then allowed me to claim them.
