Azure costs reports export

Can someone please help?

I cannot create an export.

error: Export creation failed. The request did not have a subscription or a valid tenant level resource provider.

as an alternative and if you like to have a report about your Cost on Azure, you can navigate to the that powerbi report if you have an Enterprise Agreement Azure tenant. as this report does not support pay as you go Azure tenants
