Azure blob storage not allowing block blob over 195GB

I have an Azure storage account with blob storage and I noticed the sync job I set up from my NAS was not copying some of the larger files. I tried to manually upload one through the portal and it gave me the following error as soon as I selected the file:

"Validation error for MyFilename. Details: Selected file 'MyFilename' must be between 1 and 209379655680 bytes."

I expanded the advanced options and the blob type is set to block and the 100MB block size is selected, although it doesn't appear those options affect anything until you hit upload, which I can't because of the error. The max file size should be 4.77TB unless there is something I'm not understanding. The file in question is about 250GB and is a Veeam backup archive.
