Azure Active directory - Coditional access

I am unable to make new policies within Codtional access and edit policies, what role is required within O365 or azure, in order for me to do that part

Would I need one of this role within azure specified below global reader security administrator, or conditional access administrator

Hi, as a minimum, you will need the Conditional Access Administrator role as per this doc;
