We use Azure for the Western European region.
For data protection, the EU's standard contractual clauses for the transfer of data between the USA and the EU are applied here.
The standard clause changed on 4 June (see attachement).
Does anyone know if or when the new standard clauses including the transfer impact assessment will be applied?
