'An account could not be found for the provided user ID' error when try to reset password

Hi,

I am facing an error while try to reset password from azure B2C password reset user flow using username. The error message is as follows: 

An account could not be found for the provided user ID
My requirement is to reset password from the user flow using the user id, because the customer using username and password combination in login page.
Can you provide a solution for this issue.
