Alternatives for Azure MLOpsPython Template?

We are working on creating an "Machine Learning Operations" (MLOps) pipeline with Azure DevOps and Azure Machine Learning Studio. There is a template designed to help on that, named "MLOpsPython", downloadable from github: microsoft/MLOpsPython: MLOps using Azure ML Services and Azure DevOps (github.com)

However, it looks like the template is not very actively updated, since the last release is dated 2020-09-24, almost two years ago. Also, the template doesn't look very clear in its design.

I am now asking if there are something similar and probably a bit newer "templates" available somewhere? Or is that the one and only example how to create a working ML pipeline with the Azure DevOps?
