ADO Report that shows dates when release deployments happened to Production

Hi,   Are there any canned reports that would show when releases where approved to an environment (Production) in ADO?

i may be able to create a powershell script calling rest api that does this but was hoping for a plugin that might do this for us.

this is needed for some auditing which should be fairly common with most companies.
