Admin account locked due to Conditional access policy

my admin account is locked due to conditional access policy.

I dont have any new admin account

What policy did you create?
Let's see if we can work around this.

Open a case with Microsoft use phone support since you cannot log in to portal https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/business-video/get-help-support?tabs=phone&view=o365-... To avoid such issues in the future, always have a "break glass" account configured.
