Add a new account Storage (File Premuim) with AD local

Hello, 

I have an account storage standard linked with AD local. 

Now i add a new one, with Azure Files Premuim, but i got this problem 

how can i fix this please ?

Hi the name of your storage account need to be globally unique so you need to provide a new one
