AAD Connect syncs accounts from other OUs which are not enabled in OU filtering

Has anyone had a similar issue?

I have installed AAD Connect and currently I use only 1 OU with 10 pilot accounts via OU filtering, BUT AAD Connect has also synchronised other accounts from other OUs which are not enabled in AAD Connect (triple checked this).

What could be the cause of that?
