2FA RDS gateway, two phone calls consecutive for authentication??

Some users are reporting that they get two consecutive phone calls to authenticate before allowing them to login. Most of these users are from a Mac book. Any ideas? Thanks

Not sure in your case.

 

Lots of times i see reports of 2 authentication when users are using RDP via a TS (RDS) server, both the TS server and actual service server prompting for authentication. 

 

In your case i think both might have 2FA enable causing two phone calls consecutive for authentication.
