@Baocx, can you please share the Remote desktop client version info? Are you running WVD Remote desktop client on a Windows 7 machine?

@Soo Kuan Teo Still having similar error when subscribing to workspaces using url or email.

See atached errors when I click on subscribe. When I use the url the next button is greyed out, I cant click on it. I have updated versions of the app store installed, and the desktop client.

The web client works and I can access the remote machine.

@Baocx I find a way to fix this issue.

1, use https://rdweb.wvd.microsoft.com/api/feeddiscovery/webfeeddiscovery.aspx , the classic mode AVD feed link to subscribe. then click the next but cancel the login page.

2, now I used the https://rdweb.wvd.microsoft.com/api/arm/feeddiscovery , the new version feed to subscribe.

it works for my Win7 client.

Resolved on my end please check the date and time of the machine. @Baocx

@Yanqiang Lu

Still cannot resolve the issue , no matter what URL put there.

the "next button" is grey out

I had someone with this problem, and it appears to be that the user previously had a desktop mapped to the URL that is being attempt to be used, and deleted the previous one. When my user put in their email address instead of the URL the user was able to reach their virtual machine. The was the work-around me and my user found.

I believe deleting the folder of ...\AppData\Local\rdclientwpf may clear the cache that holds the old URL which stops users from inputting it again to avoid this error. The software doesn't clear the URL on its own from what I can tell in my experience.
