WVD Management Website Offline

I am trying to setup the WVD Management tool on my Sep 2019 WVD tenant. I am unable to reach the Management website: https://rdmimgmtweb-210520190304.azurewebsites.net/

Is it offline or did the URL change?

The WVD Management website is per customer. I m not sure if your site is up and running or not.
