Windows Virtual Desktop - completely stuck session, doesn't even exist anymore

Copper Contributor

Any assistance would be appreciated.

I have a full production deployment of a three-host WVD and FSLogix. Everything was working well until recently where when someone logs in, and FSLogix is performing it's task, the entire server would just freeze. After uninstalling FSLogix from all hosts and reinstalling the newer version (from FSLogix_Apps_2.9.7205.27375 to FSLogix_Apps_2.9.7237.48865) everything is working great again. The only issue left is I have one user that is completely stuck, I cannot log them out no matter what PowerShell command or how many times I reboot the host that they're supposedly active on. I think it is an issue with the WVD Platform.

My question is: is there a way to flush the WVD Platform or re register that the user is not logged in? When it stays like this, the user can't log in.

Thank you.

@cangdao I went live today and noticed this behavior as well on my pool with about 200 users.

Would be good to know that task/command.
