@winegak Short answer: No.
Long answer: OMG Microsoft, why don't you allow us to use AD groups to manage user access to WVD?!?! This is 2020, not 1990.
This is seriously the most frustrating thing about WVD right now. We have to run a daily script to sync up AD Groups membership with WVD access.
