Hello!
We are running a trail run of Windows 365 Cloud PC. Some days we are having problems connecting to these machines both via Windows 365 (microsoft.com) or RDP. How do i troubleshoot these issues? the only thing i can do in the Intune portal is to restart the machines but that does not help.
Anyone seen this issue before? The problem is connecting both from Windows 10/11 and MacOS.

Solutiondid you check the Remote Tool > Manage remote desktop settings in ConfigMgr policy? :)

Problem solved.
If you are running Co-Management DO NOT use this policy. We changed this from YES to NO.
Now everything works fine accessing the Cloud-PC.
