Recently we noticed that our Bogota office users started experiencing really slow connections but they had sub 100ms of latency so it didn't make much sense. We found that one of the updates caused the problem, once we noticed that we couldn't get connection information, it just got stuck on "calculating", uninstalling and reinstalling the latest version seemed to fix the issue so I figured I would share my findings.
