One of our users received a "Unlock the PC" screen every time they tried to load a remoteapp yesterday.
Obviously nothing they could do to unlock it so wee stuck without technical support to forcibly log them off from the portal (something we have to do a lot).
How does a RemoteApp user manage to lock the PC and is there anything they can do to resolve it themselves.

@James Bliss We've also just started to experience this as well. No idea how to resolve it without the session log off you've described. It's almost as though the user is being reconnected to the same session host and session, but the session is not being unlocked upon that reconnect.

I'm having the same issues here. Trying to research it further...
