We are facing a problems with user can't connect to a resource with the web client even though they can see the items under All Resources but have no problem inside the organization network. Do we think is the rdwebclientbrokercert issue?
what is the error you are getting while connecting . please share the error.
Check the validity of the RDWebClientBrokerCert: Make sure that the certificate is still valid and has not expired. You can check this in the certificate store on the RD Web Access server.
Check the certificate chain: Ensure that the certificate chain is trusted and that all necessary certificates are installed on the RD Web Access server.
