Greetings,
I have a small number of users who cannot access any published apps on AVD via Remote Desktop but have no issues with the web client.
Microsoft says they have gotten some similar reports but the issue appears to be environment specific and we haven't found a pattern.
Has anyone experienced this?

We are also seeing this in about 5 clients out of 300 clients. Rolling the client back before .3004 fixes the issue, but anything after that breaks. When the users attempt to launch they get a brief pop up saying its connecting, then nothing. We have tried multiple versions, running sfc scans, dsim scans, disabling AV but have not had any luck fixing the client. The event viewer is displaying the following error with each attempt:
