MS Teams AVD Media Not Connected.

Hello everyone,

I hope someone here has some advice on how to fix the issue without recreating the user profile. 

I recently deployed the MS Team optimization to their session host, and I confirmed that some users are getting the AVD optimized message when I check on the version however for some users I get this message "Teams You have Microsoft Teams Version 1.6.00.12455 (64-bit). AVD Media Not Connected.."  

 all the users connect to the same host.

I have deleted the cache files on their user profile but it doesn't make a difference. 

Any help will be appreciated!

I saw you mentioned cache was deleted, may I confirm you are saying under Appdata?

Thank you for the response.
You are correct. we deleted the files and folders inside the Teams folder under the Appdata folder.
