Issue - "There was an issue looking up your account. Tap Next to try again"

Hi Team,
We are getting issue while logging into Azure Virtual Desktop using microsoft remote desktop client application and the error is as below.

"There was an issue looking up your account. Tap Next to try again".

So, please suggest for this issue.

Hiya , try some of the below Check with your IT administrator to make sure that your account is enabled for Azure Virtual Desktop. There is a problem with your network connection. Try restarting your computer and your router, and then try logging in again. There is a problem with the Azure Virtual Desktop service. If you are still getting the error after trying the above steps, contact Microsoft support for help. Check your network settings. Make sure that your computer is connected to the internet and that you have the correct DNS settings. Try using a different browser. Sometimes, using a different browser can help to resolve login issues. Clear your browser's cache and cookies. This can sometimes help to fix login issues that are caused by corrupted cache or cookies. Try using a different computer. If you are still getting the error, try logging in from a different computer.
I did all the given steps already. But still facing same issue.

The error message is quite generic, can you elaborate more on your environment setup?

We are facing issue while logging into client AVD using Microsoft Remote Desktop Client application, the Client ID was not getting to connect AVD. We tried in different machine and getting same issue. Can you please check the below error and suggest to resolve.

"There was an issue looking up your account. Tap Next to try again"

Update your Microsoft Remote Desktop Client application. Make sure that you have the latest version of the Microsoft Remote Desktop Client application installed.
Contact Microsoft support. If you have tried all of the above and you are still having problems, you can contact Microsoft support for help.
