how to implement screen recording function in AVD

Hi All,

I have a customer, they need to implement screen recording function in AVD, but they don‘t want to use citrix software that requires a license. I think they hope to use some open source solutions or other ways to save this cost.

Has anyone had a similar experience? Please help me, thanks a lot!

So far as I know only Citrix can record screen.

Unfortunately there's no built-in feature of Azure Virtual Desktop that provides session recording. You will need to investigate and test third-party solutions for this. I do not have any that I recommend at this time so I suggest you search and evaluate to see if one meets your needs.
