FSLogix support for on-prem?

I'm trying to figure out how my engineers can get support for FSLogix on-prem. I was pointed to this link:

...but none of the options work because we do not use Windows Virtual Desktop. My company has a support agreement with FSLogix which is still current but the email address provided is no longer active. 

I contacted a support rep via chat and he spent a long time trying to find out what I should do and eventually told me to post the question in this forum; I did point out that my question does not pertain to Azure Virtual Desktop but he assured me that this is what I should do.

Just give the support line a ring, or just select it in the Services Hub.
Worst comes to worst, open a support case under 'Azure, FSLogix' then the Microsoft support teams can redirect the case to the suitable team after it's been lodged.
