Error Deploying WVD Provisioned Pool

I successfully deployed a WVD Provisioned pool this past Saturday. I deleted it due to it failing the client domain registration. Since then I cannot provision a new WVD pool.

I get this error every time:

Errors : "The template deployment 'rds.wvd-provision-host-pool-20200511083928' is not valid according to the validation procedure. The tracking id is 'adcf639c-0ff5-413e-b596-8e34bc7260ca'. See inner errors for details."

Any assistance would be appreciated.

This could be a VM quota issue, try removing any unused VMs from your subscription
