Recently when disabling our Autoscale it does not stick, When you refresh it shows it's on again.
This was working fine for many months up until 2 weeks ago. As a work around we have to unassign the plan and assign it back when making changes or troubleshooting
ie. On the Scaling plan page in Host Pool > we untick 'Enable AutoScale' > tick goes out > Hit refresh or navigate away and back > and it's back on again.
