Change the location, subscription and resource group of application group within AVD

I am looking for an oppurtunity to change the settings of an existing application group. I have a new subscription, which I deployed in West Germany. All my old resources are located in the West Europe datacenter. I created several application groups for my AVD users and assign them. Instead of building everything newly, I am looking for a better solution here. Could not find any solutions on the Microsofts docs etc.

So, any thoughts :)

Hmm, not from me, sorry, all I can think of is:
Create a new group and then transition users across.
