One of my customers recently reported getting a blank, white authentication window when logging into our line of business application suite on their AVD but they can still type in credentials and log in. They are seeing the issue in their TEST/UAT/PROD environments, the last of which has not undergone any changes other than Windows Updates since March.
All of the AVDs are using agent version 1.04452.2400 and I was wondering if anyone has else come across this issue. This is reminiscent of a re-draw issue from the good old days but this issue occurs sporadically and there have been no wide spread reports among our more than 700 AVDs.
I would greatly appreciate any feedback or thoughts.
