Azure Virtual Desktop - PCI Compliance

Background:

We are researching a new forward strategy with our 250-300 users. We are currently in a PCI Compliant RDS setup but unfortunately, persistence of user sessions is very buggy and there's no support.

Question:

Can we use Azure Virtual Desktop for 25-300 users in a PCI Compliant environment?
