Azure AVD workbook available sessions not correct

We received messages from our users that there are no available resources.
That is strange, cause we keep an eye on the amount of available resources via Azure monitor AVD workbook.
This number does however not reflect the actual situation.
How is this cacluated and why is it so wrong ?

check your load balancing, did you set your max amount of sessions per session host correct? This can cause the issues also.
Thanks Johan, that all is ok but I found it already, to lower the data ingestion, we set the LA agents to 300 seconds instead of 60.. also for sessions..
This messed up the calculations, caused it was causing gaps...
I set it back to 60 for all "session counters" , problem solved
