Beginning January 10, 2023, Azure Virtual Desktop will no longer provide support for the Windows 7 client or the Windows 7 session host. This means starting January 10, 2023, technical assistance and software updates will not be provided for both Windows 7 clients and Windows 7 session host VMs. We recommend upgrading both clients and VMs to a more current, in-service, and supported Windows release. See the full list of supported OS.

The July Windows 7 ESU updates had provisions in them for years 4 thru 6 of the 7 ESU program. I guess you know nothing about this?????????? Yes, there are people who take Windows updates apart and they posted their findings online. Windows 7 still has 12.5% of the Window's user share and that is millions of business users, Microsoft knows this and it looks like they plan to address it.
