AVD Desktop Pooled

I am looking into AVD for external partners to access our on-premises systems.

I have installed a VPN client one my session.

I have noticed that another user connecting to a different session cannot use the VPN but if I disconnect the vpn client it makes it available to the user in the other session.  when calling the vpn app the user can see my login name 🙂  small issue.

So I amguessing the the networking isnt virtualized? or there is something wrong in my config.

I understand we could have S2S vpn (or express route) between Azure and our DC but this adds a cost.

We already have users connecting to our VPN gateway in our DC so its already set up.

TIA.

The said VPN client is Azure or 3rd party one?

You would like the AVD act as jumpnode?

@Kidd_Ip

the vpn client is 3rd party

the users would work from the AVD sessions

we would have couple of thick client apps installed

the rest of apps are web based

one of the main drivers is that we need users or partners to access our systems on which we dont control the laptops and cant install our vpn client

so they would connect to AVD via the web client.
