Multimedia consumption via RDP using the RD Client for Android is pretty bad and a very jerky experience. This can be fixed by enabling H.264/AVC on the Remote Desktop host. But RD Client for Android does not support H.264/AVC, thus it's using some slower protocol instead even though the server supports it and has this option enabled. It would greatly enhance the session performance of the RD Client for Android if this could be implemented. Other 3rd party clients like "Remotix for Android" do support H.264/AVC, although with visual artifacts by the time of writing.
