Updated to 10.8 earlier this evening. All remote connections wouldn't work after the update. All worked fine on the prior 10.7.10 version. Can't get help to resolve. Any suggestions?

I have the same problem. MS QA is terrible, it is low level bug. System indicate this message box, it looked like the client can not find the PC, actually I can login same system via iOS RD client.
I also have same problem. Any solution found so far?
