Previously used the app on iMac 2011 and Air 2018 Late (on this device with the same OS version (12.2). Everything worked correctly. the desktop and then everything is reset and closed.The application was demolished and reinstalled - the problem is not solved.I really hope that you will help me figure it out

We recommend to review our troubleshooting section first. The other option you have is to open a support ticket through the Azure Portal.
