We had a user who had a corrupt folder  AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Teams This folder is configured in our redirections.xml   The result was that the logon process tries to setup the redirections and fails at the above folder.  The FSLogix profile is then unloaded and the user is unable to work as they have a blank profile.   It does seem quite severe that a corrupt folder can cause such disruption.  It would be better if FSL allowed the redirections / logon to continue and loaded the profile but presented an error.  Then the end-user would not face downtime.   See case Microsoft case 32794828 for details. ... When building new Azure Virtual Desktop hosts via the AVD portal, if you select an OS disk size for the host that is anything other than the default 128GB, the host is provisioned with a 128GB disk and then resized/upgraded as part of the VM's build process. The problem with this is that the OS volume is still the default 128GB and needs to be manually extended after the host has been built.   This detracts from the otherwise impressively polished process of provisioning AVD hosts in the Azure portal, where it's clear a lot of automation already takes place as the VM is created and set up for AVD.   I have not been able to find mention of the need to extend the OS Volume after provisioning in the Azure Virtual Desktop documentation, nor was it clear that this would be required when selecting 256GB OS Disk size during host creation.   If the host were created with a 256GB OS Disk from the beginning (rather than upsizing) I anticipate this would solve the need to extend the OS volume manually afterward. As a VM host machine administrator, I often have to do maintenance on these machine using Microsoft Remote Desktop Beta (Mac). That's 5 host machines and around 25 individual VMs. Opening all of these is always quite cumbersome, I can chain-double click around 3-4 connections at one time, then me clicking spree is interrupted by the first of these VMs opening up in a new desktop space. What would be very useful is a way to open all connections at once, or at least in some sort of queue that needs much less manual effort on our part. There are multiple methods I can think of: 1) Let the user CMD-select multiple VMs (or SHIFT-select) and then have the "Connect" command available in the right-click popup menu - which it currently isn't Connect can only called if a single VM is selected. 2) Another method. Right-Click on a group allows users to connect to ALL VMs in that group. Currently the group is only a container for the VMs with no actual functionality. 3) And lastly, let's call it the queen of multi-start options: Option to be able to assign each VM to a startup-list. All VMs in a startup list can then be started simulaneously. Startup lists are managed inside their own sub-window panel (next to PCs and Workspaces). A few months back the column labelled "Active Sessions" in the AVD admin console changed to show total session per session host rather when you drill into the host pool and list the session hosts. See below examples of current inconsistent data at present   This request/idea is   1) to fix the active session column to show the active session count again   2) improve the session host list to include three columns to show "total sessions on host", "active sessions on host" and "disconnected sessions on host" to mirror the data available at host pool summary level - all of those are useful bits of information in their own right to an admin in different circumstances when looking at the session usage/state per host for example when looking at load levels and when initiating maintenance activities and diagnosing connectivity issues like are a very high % of session disconnected on a given host when they aren't on others say.     Example of current Web UI   Host pool overview screen shows accross the entire host pool "Total sessions", "Active sessions" and "Disconnected sessions"     When you then click onto the "Total machines" count or "Session hosts" in the left menu the list of session hosts in the host pool shows a column titled "Active sessions" has a count of what is "Total sessions" per the definition on the previous screen rather than the "Active sessions" per host i.e. the aggregate of active and disconnected sessions.       If you then drill down into a given host in the example above there is 1 session that is "active" and 6 that are "disconnected"       ... Summary of the issue: When importing more than an RDP file at once, often the app crashes.   Steps to reproduce: Export at least two RDP connections to a folder by selecting them in the PCs panel and selecting "Connections" -> "Export to RDP file…". Import the exported connections all at once using "Connections" -> "Import from RDP file…" and selecting all of them in the file chooser window. At the end of the import process, the app crashes.   Additional details: It seems to me that the bug hits more frequently using a large number of connections (RDP files). Let's say, more than ten. I've been able to reproduce the issue only starting with an empty PCs view. Hello,   Local OS: MacOS Monterrey.  Remote OS: Windows 10 RDP Version: Latest    Bug #1: Resizing windows. I use an external monitor with my MacBook. If I disconnect the monitor and just use my laptop, the screen becomes super enlarged. It's like it's zoomed in. I have to disconnect from my remote PC and reconnect to fix the issue.   Bug #2: Irregular mouse pointer size. My monitor has a resolution of 1920x1080. My MacBook has a much higher resolution. If I move an application window from my monitor to my MacBook, the mouse pointer becomes huge. When I move the pointer back to my monitor, it becomes super small. Not sure why this happens. But because of this, I can't use my Macbook as a secondary display.   Bug #3: Scroll acceleration. I think MacBooks use scroll acceleration and windows PC's don't? Scrolling is very very slow on the remote machine. I have to do 3 full rotations on my mouse before the page scrolls a little bit on the remote machine. I have been using Microsoft Remote Desktop for Mac on my MacBook to connect to my Windows laptop a lot recently. One thing that has been negatively affecting my productivity is with the touchpad. I find that when scrolling on a remote machine with the MacBook's touchpad, scrolling is way too slow and sometimes not smooth (Whereas I don't have this issue with the built in touchpad on my Windows laptop), additionally, I am unable to zoom at all using the touchpad zoom gesture which is very annoying when using apps where I need to zoom a lot.
