Disable recommendation for specific VM - "enable monitoring agent.."

Hi all.

Virtual appliances e.g. F5, Forti are implemented in Azure on Linux, and it uses propriety OS. Azure sees it as a VM and marked as eligible to be monitored but it does not succeed. That would impact the Secure-Score. 

How can I resolved that? 

Can we create a policy to disable specific VM monitoring? 

Can we disable recommendation for specific VM?
