You can find a newly updated ASC ARM template here https://azsec.azurewebsites.net/2019/12/30/azure-security-center-arm-template/ that cover more resource types such as SQL Server on VM, Kubernetes, Container Registry. Key Vault is being added (to Azure Portal) but no ETA yet.

@Vatan_Joshi You can grant most of the access permissions by using the Azure portal. To grant granular permissions, you can use Azure PowerShell or the Azure CLI. Please see here for more info: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/key-vault/key-vault-secure-your-key-vault

Thanks for the update. We don't have granular control on Azure key vault, so is there any alternative. Just wondering.
