Posting here since User Voice has gone. Will Microsoft consider adding functionality to assign IP addresses to clients based on particular certificate attributes? I want to migrate from an existing IaaS OpenVPN solution but neither Azure VPN offering meets our requirements.
I can see that the PS Cmdlet Get-AzVirtualNetworkGatewayVpnClientConnectionHealth is able to return attribute "VpnUserName" which is the subject name of the certificate used for authentication, so the data required is already being persisted. Functionality to add IP address assignment policies for P2S is desperately needed.
