Hi all,
At my organization we are using Log Analytics extensively on most of our internal and Azure servers. So far it's been mostly about performance monitoring.
I've been trying to determine if Log Analytics and Alerts is the right set of tools for monitoring an internal webserver URL to determine if it is available or not. We have other tools at our organization (i.e. Cacti) that is doing this for our webservers right now. However, we are trying to consolidate things to one place where it is possible and makes sense.
I'd appreciate any thoughts or suggestions on this question.
Thanks!
