Can anyone provide indepth details of how some of the Linux Perf counters are measured via the MMA agent. For example, the Processor % Processor Time is a measure of how busy across all the cores available to the OS, but how is this measured? Or what is the equivalent shell command to get the same metric value that is being collected via the MMA?
In Windows, I understand it's the same Perf counter under Task Manager, but for Linux it's not so clear.
