We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 05/27, 23:10 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 05/27, 13:05 UTC and that during the 9 hours 54 minutes that it took to resolve the issue all FairFax(USGov) customers may have observed missing records in their workspaces for specific set of data types. Root Cause: The failure was due to an issue in our one of our backend services. We continue to investigate issues within Log Analytics. Root cause is not fully understood at this time. Some customers continue to observe missing records in thier workspaces for a specific set of data types. Our initial findings indicate that the problem began at 05/27 13:05 UTC. We currently have no estimate for resolution.
