We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal as of 02/08, 16:33 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 02/07, 23:48 UTC and that during the 16 hours 45 minutes that it took to resolve the issue only 3 customers have experienced issues creating Azure Migrate projects using Google Chrome.
Root Cause: The failure was due to a service update which was rolled back.

We continue to investigate issues within Log Analytics. Root cause is not fully understood at this time. Some customers continue to experience issues while creating new workspaces in the OMS portal using Google Chrome for Log Analytics. . We currently have no estimate for resolution.
Work Around: As a work around, customers can try creating their workspaces using Internet Explorer or Edge.
