We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 09/30, 19:41 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 09/30, 07:47 UTC and that during the ~12 hours that it took to resolve the issue, some customers may have experienced issues while accessing telemetry in Application Insights and with the creation of classic alerts.
