We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 05/02, 21:13 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 05/02, 21:40 UTC and that during 27 minutes that it took to resolve the issue all the customers may have experienced data latency, data gaps and incorrect alert activation issues in Canada central region.
Root Cause: The failure was due to issues in one of our dependent services.
