We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 10/25, 01:30 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 10/24, 22:49 UTC and that during the two hours. 41 minutes that it took to resolve the issue customers in the East US region may have experienced delay in their Log Search Alerts.
  • Root Cause: The failure was due to an unusually high number of alerts that led to the development of a queue.
