We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 04/03, 21:00 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 03/30, 23:10 UTC and that during the 3 days 21 hours & 50 minutes that it took to resolve the issue some customers might have experienced issue with delay in Active Log Alert and Metric Alerts.
- Root Cause: The failure was due to one of the back end service.
